Tech To Your Door will only charge you for the time
the technician is at your home or office. We do require a one hour minimum
service call, but we actually work for that hour. If your problem is solved with
in the hour, you are entitled to use the technician’s time for the remainder of
the hour. You can have the technician answer any questions about your sytem.

The technician can also instruct you on how to safely
browse the internet. If the work requires more than our one hour minimum you
will be billed in half hour increments instead of another hour. Tech To Your
